Internal Plumbing Repairs to all water pipes, taps, and plumbing fixtures inside your home
External Water Supply Pipe Repairs to the water supply pipe within the boundary of your property (from the mains connection to your home)
Drainage & Waste Pipes Unblocking and repairing drains and waste pipes to restore proper flow
Burst Pipes Emergency repair of burst or leaking pipes
Leaking Taps & Valves Repair or replacement of faulty taps, stopcocks, and isolation valves
Toilet Cisterns Repairs to toilet cistern mechanisms (excluding the toilet bowl itself)
Accidental Damage Protection for accidental damage to any plumbing or drainage system

What's Not Included

Item Reason / Exclusion
Showers & Shower Parts Shower heads, hoses, mixer valves, and complete shower units are excluded
Shower & Water Pumps Pressure pumps, booster pumps, and shower pumps are not protected
Sanitary Ware Toilet bowls, sinks, basins, bathtubs, and their seals or sealant
External Shared Drains Drains shared with neighbouring properties (responsibility of local assembly or utility provider)
Faults from Previous Work Problems caused by repairs carried out by someone not authorised by Dwell Easy
Design or Installation Faults Issues arising from poor design or incorrect installation of the original system
Water Storage Tanks Poly tanks, overhead tanks, and their associated pipework (unless part of the main supply pipe)
Hot Water Heaters Geysers, water heaters, and immersion heaters (these may be included under a separate appliance plan)
