What services does Dwell Easy include?
We fix plumbing emergencies like burst pipes, leaks and blockages, as well as electrical faults such as tripping breakers, faulty sockets and wiring issues. We also offer air conditioning maintenance and repair for split-type units.
How does the subscription plan work?
You pay a fixed monthly fee and choose between a Basic plan with 2 service requests per year or a Premium plan with unlimited service requests. Your monthly fee is based on the size of your home (number of bedrooms) and which services you select.
What happens when something breaks?
You contact us by phone or WhatsApp. We send a vetted, certified engineer to your home. They diagnose and fix the problem. You pay nothing extra for included repairs – parts and labour are covered by your monthly fee.
Which areas do you serve?
We currently serve the Greater Accra Region, including Accra, Tema, Spintex, East Legon, Cantonments, Airport Residential, and surrounding areas.
Is this insurance?
No. Dwell Easy is a home repair maintenance company, not an insurance company. You pay a fixed monthly fee, and we provide repair services when you need them. No claims forms, no adjusters – just a trained engineer who shows up and fixes the problem.
When does my plan start?
Your plan begins 14 days after we receive your first payment. This is our waiting period. Any service requests made during the 14-day waiting period will be charged at standard rates and are not included in your plan.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You have 14 days from your start date to cancel for a full refund. After 14 days, your membership is for 12 months. You can cancel after 12 months by giving us 30 days’ written notice.
What is not included in my plan?
Pre-existing faults (problems you knew about before joining), accidental damage caused by you or your family, poor design or incorrect installation, neglect or lack of maintenance, and acts of God (floods, earthquakes, lightning, etc.) are not included. How do I request a repair?
Call our customer service line or send a message on WhatsApp. Please provide your name, address, and a description of the problem. We will dispatch an engineer within the stated response time.
How fast will an engineer arrive?

Do I need to be home for the repair?
Not necessarily. You can authorise a house help, security guard, or neighbour to be present. However, we recommend you or a trusted person be there to confirm the work is done to your satisfaction.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
Call us immediately. We will investigate and, if necessary, send a different engineer to correct the issue at no cost to you.
Can I upgrade from Basic to Premium?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Your monthly fee will be adjusted from the next billing cycle. Contact us to request an upgrade.
Do you cover air conditioning units?
Yes, for customers who select our AC plan. We cover split-type AC units only (not window units or portable ACs). Your plan includes 2 annual services per unit plus repairs for electrical and mechanical faults.
How is my monthly fee calculated?
Your fee is based on three things:
(1) The size of your home (number of bedrooms)
(2) Which services you choose (Plumbing, Electrical, AC, or bundle)
